For larger groups of family and friends, TKCA is also responsible for the fantastic, adjoining family-oriented Byculla Villa, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a swimming pool and accommodation for up to 11 guests.

This includes casual seating and large flat screen smart TV, a large dining table and chairs, a kitchen bar with nine bar stools, a fully-equipped kitchen with massive fridge freezer and numerous appliances.

The master bedroom is generously-proportioned, king size bed, and views over the main decking and pool area. En-suite Bathroom with walk in shower, bath, double vanity and WC. Smart TV.



Bedroom 2

This bedroom is similar in size and layout to bedroom 1, king size bed, and views over the main decking and pool area. En-suite Bathroom with walk in shower, bath, double vanity and WC. Smart TV.

UTILITIES



The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $75.00/day (seventy-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
