Smoking is not permitted within the apartment in any form. If it turns out that smoking was taking place in your flat during the time you were renting it, you will be charged $300 in penalties.
Minimum age:
The minimum age for guests listed on the reservation is 24. By making a reservation, you guarantee that you are at least 24 years old and that you are legally able and authorized to do so. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
Check-in / Check-out:
The check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am respectively. Requests for early check-ins and late checkouts can be made up to one day in advance and are subject to availability.
Gatherings:
Although we are aware that you are visiting Philadelphia to enjoy a good time, this property has a strict "No Party" policy out of consideration for the other renters and nearby residents, you will be staying in a quite residential neighborhood. Parties are not tolerated and will incur a $500 fine plus eviction. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

Guests will have full access to the home.
The house is set up for self check-in. Instructions will be sent to you 3 hours before check-in.

This apartment is centrally located and just a 5min walk from Rittenhouse Square which has the best shopping, restaurants and night life scene in the city.
Philly is the smallest large city you'll ever see.
It's a big city with a small town feel. Everything in walking distance. Everything very accessible and lots to do. Especially the restaurant scene.
Philadelphia hosts some of the best restaurants in the country including Zahav which took home 1st place.

Generally I found this place to be nice the bed was nice the bathroom was nice and the kitchen was nice the appliances worked well the kitchen was sorely lacking equipment if you wanted to truly cook there they need a paring knife a colander oven mits, more kitchen hand towels And hand soap would be nice in the kitchenJust to name a few things. Also they needed a bathmat in the bathtub because I almost slipped and fell. That’s should be addressed immediately. Also I think the lock on the apartment door is very finicky. I think that should be checked too sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not for several tries. I also would warn people that this is a pretty loud location during the day but at night I think it was fine. The bedding was wonderful the TV was wonderful the heating and air was perfect I felt a little allergic so I’m wondering if the filter in the air conditioning unit Needsto be changed. The location is wonderful easy access to restaurants nice stores not really a big grocery store nearby but Rittenhouse Square and the market is 10 minute walk
