We stayed here for three nights. The primary strengths of this property are its location and cleanliness. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Leavenworth, providing convenient access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The cottage was well maintained, and the hosts supplied useful essentials such as dish soap, shampoo, dog bags, and other basic items. The pet-friendly policy was also a positive aspect of our stay. However, the size and layout of the cottage may not suit all guests. The space is quite compact, with no drawers for clothing storage, limited counter space in both the kitchen and bathroom, an under-counter refrigerator, a microwave in place of a full kitchen, and only one chair for TV watching. These factors made it difficult for us to feel fully comfortable during our stay.Parking for this unit was also somewhat challenging. Access required maneuvering around other guests’ vehicles and a utility pole guy wire, whereas other units appeared to have more straightforward parking arrangements.Overall, the cottage is clean, conveniently located, and may be well suited for short stays for guests who are comfortable with compact accommodations.

Easy access to the unit with clear instructions/communication from the management company. Can’t beat the location! Very walkable. Room is cleaning comfortable, the heater was a bit tricky but once we figured that out, it was great.

The bed was very comfortable, and the space felt private and quiet even though we were so close to everything. We also appreciated the little touches that made it feel welcoming and easy — clear instructions, smooth check-in, and a well-maintained space that felt cared for.If you’re looking for a convenient, charming, and stress-free home base in Leavenworth, Suite C is it. Truly the perfect downtown basecamp!

Pro:
Free parking
Easy walk in to town
Con:
-Walls are pretty thin so you can hear everything, but they provide ear plugs.
-WiFi is really bad. So bad had to use cellular data.
-There were creepy crawlies on the bed. Had one crawl on me while laying and watching tv
