Our light-filled three story home is perched on a lovely, quiet corner of the historic West End residential neighborhood and is walking distance to all of Portland's finest. One of the rare properties right in town with a spacious back deck for meals al fresco, and a backyard big enough for kids to enjoy, the house is very well-appointed and roomy, perfect for families or a few friends traveling together. Three bedrooms (king, queen + twin, twin) and master bath on the third floor, and one bedroom (queen) and full bath on the second floor. It's a great hub from which to explore both the vibrant city life nearby, as well as all the natural glories of Southern Maine. Whether you want to plunge into Portland's world class culinary scene, catch the current show at The Portland Museum of Art, attend the latest event at Space Gallery, take the ferry to Peaks Island, picnic at Kettle Cove, bird watch at the Audubon, or hit the outlets in Freeport and Kittery, you'll find our home a comfortable home base to return to. We loved our stay in Portland in this historic, beautifully decorated home. It was specious for our family of 6 and stocked with every amenity imaginable. The home was perfectly situated in a safe, family oriented neighborhood which was close to restaurants and shopping. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Portland!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Sean and Desi's home is spacious, beautiful and welcoming. The location was great. We appreciated the freshly cut flowers from the garden waiting for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. My two grandsons loved the keyboard and drum set in the playroom and playing soccer in the backyard.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 young children spent a weeklong family vacation using this house as our base. The house is a cool old house that is comfortable and creatively decorated and just a happy place to be. The two full bathrooms are updated and worked well for us, as did the half bath in the main living level. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean up. The deck was a nice place to hang after a busy day of exploring the area. The backyard flower garden is absolutely lovely! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe there. And it is a very short distance from lots of restaurants and things to do. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful row home in a quiet part of the West End. Walk/bikeable to downtown and port. Lovely backyard garden overlooked by the best stocked kitchen that I have ever experienced in a home rental. 3 levels of living that allow for a lot of flexibility.
