4. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

5. NO VISITORS. Only registered guests have access to the house. NO exceptions. We charge $50dlls per guest extra / per night

6. Parking only for up to 4 cars

7. Max House capacity is 10 guests
