The Space:

Vaulted ceilings, exposed dark wood beams, and a step-down living room with see-through fireplace visible from two rooms. Herringbone wood-look tile throughout. The galley kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including KitchenAid dishwasher, built-in wall oven, and dual coffee makers—drip and Keurig. Formal dining seats six under a sputnik chandelier.



Four spacious bedrooms sleep eight. Primary suite: king bed, wall-mounted TV, direct pool access, hotel-quality linens. Second bedroom: queen bed. Third: two twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans and white bedding. Two and a half bathrooms, plus laundry room with washer and dryer.



The backyard is the highlight: kidney-shaped pool with integrated hot tub, paver deck with lounge chairs, covered patio with outdoor dining for six and propane BBQ. Gather around the circular stone fire pit, play cornhole on the grassy lawn, or soak under the stars with uplighting on mature palms. Single-story privacy behind block walls—perfect for unwinding after Scottsdale adventures.
