A cozy 2-bedroom condo; the bedrooms are on the compact side, and the space is smaller than it may appear in photos. Comfortably fits four.
House rules: maximum 4 people in the unit at any time, including daytime visitors (building fire code). No pets. Couriers are not permitted up to the unit, so deliveries must be met in the lobby.
You have full and private access to everything inside the beautifully designed condo.
The building offers a small gym with basic equipment, a shared rooftop patio, and a seasonal pool (closed outside the summer season; opening dates are set by the building). These amenities are shared with all other building occupants and there are rules that must be adhered to when in use.
Inside the unit you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. Every window has an amazing view. Whether you are sitting on the patio staring at the sun glistening off the high rise office buildings or if you are at the dining table admiring the Calgary Tower, you have view for days!
There is one underground assigned parking stall for your sole use. Additional parking will need to be off site on the street ($) or at nearby paid parking lots ($$).
Rooftop lounge access is set by the building and may be closed seasonally.

This condo was perfect for the 4 of us attending a conference here in Calgary. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is well stocked if you choose to prepare any meals. We fixed breakfast and ate out all other meals. Our flight was delayed which put us outside the regular checkin time of 10:00 PM. So we were required to go to the business office to get a fab which was in a lockbox. Then we could go to the condo. So the cab was over a 100 with the 2 stops. There was an issue with the lockbox but after calling the emergency number and got the proper code we were able to get the fab. I think this process needs some attention.Other than that everything has been perfect. I highly recommend this condo and would gladly stay again. Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay, we were able to walk around the city. It was near a few hot spots that we really enjoyed. The place was very clean and bright, the deck is spacious and a great place to hang out. Thanks for hosting us!

This was a fantastic condo - and it was complete with all the amenities you’d need. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and bars. Easy access to a grocery store and super convenient. Great views of the Calgary Tower and downtown. Only downside of the building itself was the elevators. One was broken (our stay was 9 days), and the other was often booked for moves so taking the stairs 19 floors was a challenge. But clean, bright condo with a great location!
