Listen to the ocean while you relax in our beautiful ocean view condo in San Diego’s world famous Pacific Beach. 2 bedroom/2 bath sleeps 6. 2 ocean view porches to enjoy: one off the living room, one off the master bedroom.
Private secure building with one garage parking spot (6 ft 6 in height clearance)... but you won’t even need a car. Everything you could want is all walking distance, one block to CVS and Ralph’s, and dozens of local bars/restaurants in the area. There is a large community sun deck with a jacuzzi. Easy access to the condo with an elevator from the lobby attached to the parking garage.
Cable HD TV in living room and HD TVs with Chromecast in both bedrooms. Romantic double shower in the master bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need to feel like you are at home. We even provide beach towels/beach chairs/body boards for your beach enjoyment. We also have a locked gated area in front of the condo for bikes.
Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential building with full time residents, it is not a party complex. There are strict rules regarding noise and any violations could result in fines levied against the tenant, up to and including eviction.

Beautiful property in a convenient location, just steps to the beach. The condo was spacious and had everything you could need. It’s located near many restaurants, shopping, and groceries.

One of the very best stays we have had at the beach! Easy to find, great location, beautiful space to stay, wonderful views and very kind hosts. We look forward to staying again soon!

Could have been much cleaner- placemats on table had food and stains on them, dirty hand towels with food on them, items stored in oven(fire hazard) and had a plumbing issue that needed fixing while we were there- no fault to anyone- but communication took a couple hours to connect to the owner. Owners made the plumbing issue right and were overall friendly and easy to work with. No a/c was mostly fine- 2nd bedroom with bunk beds has no windows besides the sliding door and does not have much airflow.Tons of beach accessories (boogie boards, chairs, and toys) which was nice

Location was good. Unit, while somewhat updated could still use work. Building was drab. It worked fine for our family of four for our purposes but probably wouldn’t book again.
