The second-floor main living area features an open floor plan designed for spending time together. A full-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping accommodations when needed.

And how about bringing back the good old days with everyone gathered around the dinner table? With comfortable seating for six and room for two more at the breakfast bar, there's plenty of space to share delicious meals, lively conversation, and stories from the day's adventures.

Its elegant ensuite bathroom includes a sunken soaking tub, separate shower, and dual granite-topped vanities, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day.

A second third-floor guest suite offers a queen bed, television, and its own private full bathroom, providing additional comfort and privacy.

On the ground floor, behind the garage door, you'll find convenient storage for your fishing, diving, and other outdoor gear. Mariners Club features a 43-slip deep-water marina with direct ocean access, providing a great home base for boating, fishing, diving, and snorkeling in the Florida Keys. The marina accommodates jet skis, boats, and yachts up to 60 feet, with water and electric service at the slips.
