⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is on the ground floor, right next door to a bar-restaurant. At weekends, especially on Friday and Saturday, the music can be heard inside, often until 2 or 3 a.m. If you are a light sleeper or travelling with young children, this apartment is not the right choice.
* The windows look onto the building's courtyard, where the rubbish bins are kept. Smells can come in, especially in summer, and the windows sometimes have to stay closed.
* The studio is not air-conditioned. In summer it can get very hot, and opening the windows onto the courtyard lets in the smell of the bins. Guests who are sensitive to heat should take this into account.
* At 30 m² (323 sq ft), the studio is ideal for two. For four, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living area and the space becomes tight.
We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be 2 minutes' walk from Goncourt metro station and a few minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin, in a studio with a washing machine and a dryer.
