It is safe and peaceful seaside area, great for walking, jogging and cycling and if you want to enjoy Dubrovnik but escape the hustle of the Old Town this is the place to stay.
Use our kayaks and explore Ombla river, its surroundings and local beaches.
3 kayaks (max.load 250kg each) are available which can hold 6 adults and 3 children.
One free private parking space is provided and reservation is not required, note that there is narrow access for larger SUV and minivan vehicles.

We had an amazing stay at Vitality Villa Mariante and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the Dubrovnik area. The villa was beautiful, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine, it was such a kind touch!The location was perfect: peaceful, scenic, and very easy to access, while still being just a short trip from Old Town Dubrovnik. It was the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return on a future visit!

We loved the property. Not far from a bus stop to get to Old Town Dubrovnik. Host was helpful and nice. There are two restaurants close, and both were good. We would definitely stay/book again. The only thing I would note for someone with mobility issues is the taxi/Uber cannot get directly to the house. It's about a 50 yard walk and up a set of stairs. (If you message the host, he would help you.)

This home worked out perfect for us 4 couples. The host was great with communication and went "above & beyond" for us. The location was close to the bus stop that took us to town. We all definitely recommend this home!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Mariante. Located just minutes away from the bus stop, this Vrbo offered a quiet refuge from the bustling city of Dubrovnic. It was spacious, clean and offered every amenity. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with any question or concern.
