Overall a very good value for the price and location. The house was clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Only downside was the jets and heat for the spa weren't working. Not a big deal and otherwise the place was great. The host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly.

Great communication from host. House was as described in listing and was perfect for our stay.

I am not quite sure how to rate our stay. The home was nice but the amenities were lacking. We have stayed at 6 Vrbos and they had so much more. Things like 1 kitchen towel and wash rag. No dishwasher detergent. Very small toilet paper rolls with no refills. There were just so many things like that. Not enough places to park and getting cars towed. Veranda Palms contracts with a local towing company to come through the neighborhood and tow any car that is on the street or the back of their car is touching the street. They wait until right before midnight and then when you go pick up your car they charge you for 2 days.

The home is spacious. The home is in a good area and close to many things. The host communicated affectively and was very nice. My main issue with the home was the cleanliness. Several areas of the home were not properly cleaned. I found hair many places especially the bathroom. But what grossed me out the most was when I went to get extra pillows out the closet there were blood stains on the pillow/pillowcase. So, at that point we went to purchase our own bedding. The line to get in the gate at times is extremely long so don't be on a time schedule. One day it took us over 30 min to get in due to the long lines.
