Nice and spacious!

A nice, new property, clean, quiet, comfortable!
The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy....seems to be a lot of homeless, and beggars there.....and quite a few boarded up store fronts around this area .
Some good restaurant/ bars within walking distance.
