The condo was nice, clean and definitely fit our needs. Great base spot for visiting and enjoying all St George and the area has to offer. The one thing I would note. If you don't want to or can't do stairs then you will need to walk around to the sliding door for entrance to the condo. Which for us was fine, but something to consider.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The layout is great for 4 people as everyone had a bed. We were super happy with having a washer and dryer. Being able to put our bicycles in the storage shed was a big bonus. Contact with the Property Management was great! Always easy to get ahold of and very responsive. We will be back for sure.

Lovely place!

We had difficulty using the given code to enter the condo but someone came within an hour to give us a new code.There was water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom (before we used the bathroom) on the first night. We checked with the upstairs occupants, put down a pot and then more towels as the dipping increased. We contacted manager, sent requested pictures and cleaned up after the repairman reported it was "condensation". We requested compensation for lost time dealing with the leak (front 7 to 11 pm) and clean up the next day (12 - 1 pm) but never heard back. The updating of the unit included new appliances, floors and bathrooms fixtures - very nice. The cupboards and painting (starting with the chipped front door) need work. The towels, potholders and stained carpet are worn. The facilities - swimming pool, mini-golf and other sports areas are very nice.
