This modernly decorated apartment is spacious while cozy and provides for a great central location in the heart of Saint Louis!

Naturally well-lit spacious, 1 bedroom/ 1 bath
The main/master bedroom has two nice soft-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with comfortable sleeper couches, comfortable for sleeping 4 people.
The living room is furnished with everything you need.
The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all pots and pans.
Guests can enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxing and later watch the sunset from the room.
Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions.
Verification of ID is required to prevent credit card fraud.
Please note that a $200 refundable security deposit is required. This deposit is refunded within a week of check-out. Refunds typically take between 5-10 business days to reflect in your account once processed.

We have onsite managers who live on the property and are available to assist you at any time to ensure a smooth, quiet, and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Please arrive with your ID matching the reservation. Only those guests listed on the reservation will be allowed through security. Guests will not be accommodated if the reservation is made for someone other than the person booking. All others will be immediately escorted off the front of the property. No groups of more than 3 adult guests allowed due to St. Louis City occupancy restrictions (depending on age of children).
Contact us when you arrive no matter what time so we can let you through the entry gate.
Again, we are here to assist you when you need it!
Enjoy your stay until 11AM. Late check-outs or extensions must be requested at least 1 hour in advance and are subject to availability and an additional fee.
Strictly no smoking, gatherings, parties, or pets allowed. There are smoke and noise monitoring devices in each unit.
24/7 surveillance cameras are actively monitored, including Ring cameras in hallways and entrances. Tampering with these devices will result in immediate removal from the property.
Please respect other residents. Any policy violations may result in immediate removal.

Me and my friends had a very pleasant experience. It was clean, comfortable and we felt secure.

It was great it was clean plenty of room for my family of 7 it was in a great neighborhood wasnt far from all the things we wanted to do like the zoo, grants farm, and the aquarium so that was really convenient even the grocery store was right up the road we all lived it and would definitely stay there again...

Stay was good. Few things about the inside of the appartment that left a lot to be desired (shower, floors, doors, etc) but considering the location and the fact that it served it's purpose of just getting a place to sleep a few hours it was good enough for us. I do have to say that the garage height is not listed so if you have a truck like us or a full size SUV it wont fit and you'll have to park on the street. Also thin walls so you can hear the loud footsteps from up stairs but again that's an overall apartment issue I assume.
