This cozy home was completed in 2019 and is located in the heart of the Black Hills. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living area with an open floor plan. Guests of Hilltop Hideaway will be treated to rustic / modern decor and all the amenities of your home. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed and the upper level has 2 bedrooms, both with queen beds. One full bathroom located on the main level with shower and upper level full bathroom with tub/shower.
The home has a wrap around deck to enjoy the scenery of the Black Hills including a gas grill, patio furniture and a private hot tub located off the main level kitchen on its own private deck. There is a TV located in the lower level living area having satellite cable including a DVD player with a selection of movies. Gas fireplace. Also included are several options for board games and cards. The home is also equipped with WiFi provided by satellite Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the standard appliances.
Truly the ideal year-round destination due in part to our proximity to summer and winter activities. Escape from it all at the Hilltop Hideaway, completely off the beaten path, guests will enjoy wildlife and the natural beauty of the Black Hills.

**Attention Motorcyclists** There are gravel roads for approximately 2 miles leading up to the property with a fairly steep gravel driveway. Even the most experienced rider hasn’t been able to make it up the driveway. I would discourage considering this property for rally riders.

If drinking your morning coffee outside and hearing nothing other than the birds chirping and a light breeze flowing through the surrounding tall pines sounds like a great way to start your day, then this is the place for you! What a beautiful, clean, tranquil place to stay. The decor made it inviting and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything you'd need. It was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do in the area. One recommendation, find the place in the daylight your first time, would be difficult in the darkest of night.

Loved our stay at the Hilltop Hideaway! It was perfect for my friend and I. We each had our own room and full bathroom. Perfect size house for us. If your group is bigger, like 6 people, you might find it cramped but don't let that deter you. Still room for everyone of that size. It was great for us to take off to multiple destinations for UTVing. The trails are vast and you can ride anywhere. Pay attention to the video. The driveway is steep and with a trailer can be tricky. No problem for me with a 4 wheel drive truck but might be a challenge for road bikes or smaller vehicles. Quite and peaceful. Had an issue with the hot tub but owner came out the next morning and checked it all out and got it squared away! Great after a long day riding! Very clean and wifi worked perfectly for us. I would recommend this place and would definatley stay there again, hands down!
