It wasn’t as clean as we would’ve liked but it was still a great place to stay at a reasonable rate. Convenient location.

We enjoyed staying here while we attended the Utah Shakespeare Festival. It was an 8-minute drive to the festival. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. It was great!

Property is conveniently located in a quiet area just a few minutes from downtown Cedar City. Great communication from host - even proactively notified us of potential power outages due to wildfire risk.
