This was our second time staying at this property. It's a very well maintained 4 bedroom house house with an awesome coverered pool and huge new dock for fishng and viewing manitees. The house is walking distance to the supermarket as well as several restaurants, including the Cocoa Beach Pier. Brian is a great host and very responsive to answer any questions. The Airshow took place during our stay as well as a SpaceX rocket launch, both of which we were able to watch from the property. If my travels find me in Cocoa Beach again, Ill definitely be staying a 3rd time.

Recently stayed on 2 family vacation (3 kids, 4 adults); plenty of space although we were outside by the pool the whole time. We utilized the grill often. The dock is awesome and we saw a manatee and a dolphin right off shore. No need to book a tour!We walked to the beach. House came stocked with 4 chairs and a cooler to use which was super convenient as we flew to FL.House right between 2 major grocery stores; near Ron Jon, downtown Cocoa Beach, and many souvenir shops. We paid to have the pool heated and we were in it the whole time. Well worth it.Super fun space and Brian was responsive.Probably the easiest check out process of any rental I have ever stayed at.
