Why this property ? When looking for property to purchase, we immediately fell in love with the grounds and the comfortable feel of the property. Ava Haus represented the authentic heritage of what has been so lovingly preserved in the city of Fredericksburg. Also; the location is perfect!
It is away from the center of town, yet close enough to be in downtown in less than 3 minutes. Unique Ava Haus allows guests to enjoy the benefits of the country and still be minutes from wineries, shopping, restaurants and the natural parks of the area. A short drive from downtown, this cabin was a great location with a country vibe. We enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the front porch for coffee in the morning. We highly recommend.
