I would really give this property a 9/10 but since that’s not an option, I had to pick 4. The property was really nice, very clean and in a great location – the host contact was great – providing good information and quick responses. The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 is for the deficiencies noted below which I wouldn’t expect to have for a 5 Star property. The Good: The property is laid out well for big group: Top floor - 2 bedrooms w/ full baths (1 double queen, 1 quad queens (2 sets queen bunks), full laundry, Deck. Middle Floor – main entry, kitchen, large dining area, large sitting, and ½ bath, Deck. Ground Floor – 4 bedrooms with full baths (3 kings and 1 double queen), full laundry (#2), access to yard, pool and lake. Dock, Pool, Elevator!The Deficiencies: A few items broken or missing on arrival day –maintenance person fixed most quickly but why not before our arrival?The WiFi access spotty at times.TV in main room on never worked Dish Network . Bedroom TVs worked well.Lack of Kitchen items were one of the most disappointing areas–house holds 22 people – assumed it would be sufficient to prepare and serve up to 22. Had plenty of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, and 2 of each major appliances! Plenty of glass bar-ware. Missing was: drinking glasses (for water, soda, etc – only 3), no plastic drinkware that could be taken outside to pool. ONE pot holder. No griddle style pan. NO mixing bowls (we used pots?!). One serving bowl.

The property was extremely clean and it was very easy to contact the host if needed. The kitchen had many things to use for cooking purposes. The pool was nice and clean and access to the lake and pool was easy. It was peaceful and perfect place to stay and relax The rooms were comfortable

Fully equipped kitchen. House is extremely spacious. Bedrooms are quite charming and spacious.
