1 minute walk to the port, quiet little complex, underground secure parking, ground floor balcony, perimeter fence with childproof locks around swimming pool
Lights are a bit unpredictable and its dark in the car park, you have to walk to the stairwell in the dark to switch the lights on.

Firstly The service from Duquesa Estates was excellent. Great communication throughout. Secondly the apartment was perfect. Great location for all the restaurants and bars. Then step out of the lounge straight into the pool. Like all holiday accommodations it’s hit and miss with other guests. We had one woman that thought she owned the building (she probably did) but apart from that it was perfect. We’d definitely book again. Thank you.
