This waterfront villa centrally located in the Village of Marsh Bend, It features 2 inviting bedrooms - the master has a king bed and the guest a queen bed. The cozy living room also offers a sofa bed for extra guests. The bonus room is a nature lovers dream with oversize windows to enjoy the view. Nearby Magnolia plaza is golf cart accessible and is home to shopping (Publix), dining, banking, personal care, CVS pharmacy, and 7-Eleven. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, Suzanne Bird is a fantastic host! Promp messaging and very detailed instructions. The home was beautiful and located conveniently close to everything. This is by far one of our best stays in the villages over the past few years. We'll definitely come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day stay. The location gave us easy accessibility to walking and biking trails. It is located a very short distance from Magnolia Plaza where there is a Publix and several options for dining. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances and cookware.Hope to stay here again in the future.

Our first time renting a VRBO and everything was awesome. The owners were very communicative and a pleasure to rent from. We can't wait to come back to this amazing property!!
