The property is part of a cluster of three twin houses, also available as a three-family solution. Each is fully independent, with private access and reserved outdoor spaces. Bright, equipped with every comfort, and far from the chaos—yet just steps from the sea and the village center.
- Welcoming living area with dining table, sofa, and fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, hob, cookware, and utensils).
- Two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends.
- Two bathrooms, both with spacious showers.
- A beautiful private veranda with sea view, perfect for slow breakfasts and dinners under the stars.
- Well-kept garden with outdoor spaces for relaxation and a barbecue area.
The villa offers every comfort: air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, small kitchen appliances, sun loungers for the solarium, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The Surroundings
Li Chessi Verde enjoys a privileged location: just a short walk from essential services (bars, restaurants, supermarket) and close to the natural wonders that make this corner of Sardinia unique. Manuela is amazing and made our stay special with her fast and informative help. We felt very well looked after and all her recommendations were fantastic.The place itself was clean and beautiful the rooms were as per the photos and the villa is fantastic, especially the bbq and terrace and pool facilities. The surrounding village is peaceful and just as beautiful as we’d hoped with some nice shops and great ice cream!We had a great time here and would love to come back. If we could change one thing - we would have loved if there was a third air conditioning unit in the second bedroom - it was pretty hot for our kids but we made it work. (Heatwave)

The property was well beyond our expectations. It was clean with all the amenities. What can I say about the exterior of the place that would render it justice? Absolutely beautiful and stunning view of the sea. Take your breath away sunsets. Rocky beach with crystal clear waters just 200 meters away.
Would come back here in a heart beat.

We had a really great stay. The location is brilliant. I would never get fed up of those sunsets. It is also close to a lovely path which takes you down to the seafront where there is amazing snorkelling. The villa is functional and the shared pool a bonus. The villa could do with some upgraded equipment- for example a working bottle opener. The tv didn’t seem to work either. We didn’t really mind but others might. Overall, we did really like it!
