Located in a family-friendly and enclosed complex with four outdoor swimming pools (two shallow pools for children), the apartment also features an exclusive underground parking space. Within the first-floor property, the rooms are bright and well-equipped with air conditioning units in the living-dining room and both bedrooms. The covered balcony of the living room and main bedroom is the perfect place to have breakfast or relax with a good book.

3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

El apartamento está nuevo,la ubicación es increíble y todo está muy cuidado,da gusto cuando se toman tantas molestias para cuidar el detalle y que los clientes estén contentos
La atención de la agencia y que la hora de entrada no sea a las 16.00 y la salida a las 10.00 .se pierde mucho tiempo de la estancia
