The open-concept living/dining area combines the kitchen with the dining area and a cozy TV corner. The kitchen itself is equipped with modern appliances and an extra-spacious countertop. This layout creates the perfect setting for spending time together in the evenings—whether cooking, eating, relaxing, or sharing stories. From the beautiful living area, you can step out onto the apartment’s balcony. Here, you can enjoy a final glass of wine in the evening and reflect on the day’s adventures.

The “Dünen-Residenz” and “Panorama-Residenz” were newly constructed on the property and offer twelve and eight residential units, respectively.

The “Dünen-Residenz,” completed in spring 2021, is located on Wustrow’s famous Strandstraße. Similar to the “Panorama-Residenz,” it was newly built and features twelve and eight residential units, respectively, all of which are accessible by elevator. Each residential unit has a parking space in the underground garage as well as a storage room measuring approximately 5 square meters. The “Park-Residenz” was converted from the existing building of the former Hotel Sonnenhof. Eight self-contained condominiums were created here in accordance with the latest standards.
