"Central Loft Apartment" vacation rental in the seaside resort of Ueckermünde

This stylishly furnished apartment is located in a historic building constructed in 1880. Long ago, this building served as the fire station, which is why it is known as the "old fire station." Other spaces in the building are used as residential and commercial units.

In 2017, the apartment was completely renovated and transformed into a lovingly designed industrial-style apartment.

The apartment features:

1 entryway with built-in closet + storage room + washer/dryer

1 open-concept kitchen and dining area (fully equipped kitchen), flowing into the living area, which includes a sleeper sofa for two additional guests with a flat-screen LED TV

1 sleeping area for two people (box-spring bed) with a flat-screen LED TV and built-in closet

1 bathroom + toilet + shower (hand and bath towels provided), including a built-in sauna

1 free parking space is available on-site

95€ per night

A final cleaning fee of 69 € is payable on-site.

Visitor’s tax: 2€ per day per person

Non-smoking apartment

Pets are not allowed

The apartment is centrally located 250m from the seaside resort’s market square

Various shopping options and restaurants invite you to take a stroll

The castle and the adjacent city harbor are within walking distance, about 500m away

But there are many more sights to discover in the seaside resort and its surroundings; the Ueckermünde Zoo, with its wide variety of animals, is very popular among our vacationers. And if it ever gets too hot, the beach—with its inviting promenade, a hotel restaurant, and several other dining options—is the perfect place to enjoy a cool refreshment.
