Welcome to PALMIERS TERRASSE, a stunning appartement, fully air-conditioned apartment featuring a spacious terrace surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You’ll be charmed by its location, just a 1-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais, and its partial sea view from the balconies.

The location was extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, the beach and transportation.
Some lighting in the stairwell and the front entrance would be essential.

Perfectly placed, close to the beach and the old town. Very exclusive apartment with one bathroom to each bedroom. Some minor things that we noticed: the apartment was badly cleaned when we arrived. No spices if you want to cook, not even salt or pepper. Toilet paper, that you must buy if you’re staying six people. The terrace is lovely, but there is a vast amount of traffic just outside so the noise level is intense.

The location of the apartment is perfect for exploring the city and/or the surrounding area. There is a multi-storey car park directly opposite.
