Please note that Palmetto bugs are a common occurrence in Beaufort and the surrounding Lowcountry region. Due to the area’s humid climate and proximity to marshlands, these insects may occasionally be seen indoors, particularly during periods of high humidity or after heavy rainfall. Palmetto bugs are a natural part of the local environment and are not the same as cockroaches. Their presence does not indicate a lack of cleanliness or an infestation. The property is professionally cleaned and treated regularly by a licensed pest control service to minimize their occurrence.
We are available via the platform app for any questions you may have. In case of an urgent emergency please call 911.
*TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY ADVISED* - There will be no refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, personal matters, or other things that are beyond our control. Please protect your trip by purchasing Travel Insurance.
Please Note: Normal wear and tear is to be expected in any lived-in space, including vacation rentals. Our listing clearly outlines what is and isn’t provided so guests can book with confidence. Unless there is clear damage to the property or your stay was significantly impacted by an issue, we do not offer refunds for completed stays. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a fair hosting environment for all.
IMPORTANT Note for USMC Graduation Guests:
If you are booking dates for a Marine Corps graduation, we highly recommend reserving the night of graduation as well. Guests are not typically permitted to bring all luggage onto base, and vehicle checks can cause delays or complications.
While we do our best to accommodate military families coming to support their Marine, please note that we cannot guarantee luggage storage after checkout on graduation day. Additionally, early check-ins and late checkouts are not always possible due to our cleaning team’s schedule and back-to-back reservations. Our cleaners manage multiple properties, and we want to ensure each home is perfectly prepared for every guest.
Thank you for your understanding, and congratulations on your Marine’s achievement!
We expect to not be negatively reviewed for anything communicated accurately here.

We stayed 5 nights the end of May, 2026, and really enjoyed it. Great location! The furnishings and finishes are very comfortable, pleasant and functional. There are a few things that made it less than 5*. There is no table to eat at and the stools at the kitchen counter are much too low. It’s ok if you like eating on the couch. Luggage racks would be appreciated. Many VRBO rentals have a welcome book with useful information, restaurant recommendations, etc, but there was none here. There’s often a box of Kleenex, but none here. A little attention to hospitality details would be nice.

The property and location were great! We especially loved the large outdoor patio. Place was clean and beds very comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked, but there is very limited dining seating.

Very nice stay, great accommodation. Only suggestions are sweep deck, roof top before guests arrive and get more wine glasses!
