This apartment is located in a modern building in a fantastic area of Arrecife. It’s so close to everything that you won’t need a car.
This apartment stands out from the rest thanks to its top-quality finishes, tasteful decor, and fully equipped kitchen. We’ve thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable.
Arrecife is a great starting point for exploring the entire island. There are many restaurants and interesting sights in the area. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.
The apartment is designed to accommodate 6 guests. It has three tastefully decorated bedrooms with large, extra-comfortable beds. There are ceiling fans and built-in closets with plenty of hangers.
The bathrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. There are two full bathrooms.
The living-dining room stands out for its spaciousness and the abundance of natural light. It’s a quiet apartment, ideal for relaxing. The TV is a brand-new 55-inch Samsung.
The kitchen is huge, equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need. Everything is brand new.
I have other apartments in the same building similar to this one, and they’re all receiving excellent reviews. We offer only quality and first-class service.
I like to give my guests the freedom to enjoy their stay. I always try to meet them on the first day to welcome them and help them settle in. During their stay, I’m available if they need anything or if any issues arise.
The area around the apartment is the best place to enjoy restaurants, cafes, and shops. El Charco de San Ginés is a 1-minute walk away. So is the avenue and the historic district around the Church of San Ginés, where the flea market is held.
El Reducto Beach is a 5-minute walk away.
There are plenty of leisure and shopping options.
Getting here from the airport is easy. You can easily explore downtown Arrecife on foot.
You don’t need a car to visit Arrecife.
You can get there by taxi for about 10–15 €. There are two bus lines from the airport to Arrecife.
An interesting option is to rent a bike for sightseeing. Arrecife’s boardwalk connects seamlessly with the avenue leading to Playa Honda and Puerto del Carmen (about 10 km away).
If you’d like, you can take a taxi and rent a car only for the days you plan to go on excursions around the island.
Parking is available in the building. The entrance may be narrow. We recommend bringing a car that isn’t too large.

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Jorge's apartment, which was in a great location and was clean with excellent facilities.
Arrecife itself was a great destination for us, catering to all of our needs without losing its sense of being Canarian. We would definitely return. Jorge was incredibly helpful and full of local knowledge throughout our stay.

This property was absolutely amazing. From booking it to leaving Jorge was on hand to help every step of the way. He greeted us on arrival at the apartment and it was midnight when we arrived. He showed us all around and how everything worked. The apartment was absolutely spotless, very clean and tidy. Huge TV in the lounge with Netflix etc, which was good for the kids. The location of the apartment is perfect. Close to all the shops, restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you Jorge for making our stay so relaxing and easy. We will definitely be back.

This is by far the best apartment I have ever booked on HomeAway so far. The flat is in a great condition with clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The roomy kitchen is well equipped, you can easily prepare meals for a big family or your junior football team. In one of the bathrooms you even find a tub, your wife will like it.
We felt a bit cold a the beginning but the very helpful and reliable landlord solved the problem quickly with an electric furnace. Within no time the apartment was filled with a cosy warmth. We definitively recommend this apartment and would come back at any time.
