Great house and host! Plenty of room for a large group. Beautiful property with plenty to do. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and grill!

The home was a great space for our family. The view was wonderful. I liked the hardwood floors. Lots of extra if you have small children including high chair, crib and double stroller. Plenty of dishes and flatware. The neighborhood was great. Below are the reason it did not get a 10 rating. The home needs a deep cleaning and up keep on minor repairs. The kitchen cabinets need to be wiped down on the outside along with a deep cleaning of all kitchen and bathroom floors. The shower curtain in the hall bath upstairs and washer had mold on it. The kitchen trash can was broken. I kept scratching my finger on the broken pieces each time it needed to be emptied. That is an easy fix for less than 10.00! All of the toilet seats need to be replaced due to wear. The lightening in the first floor master bedroom needs to be brighter. Some dyer sheets or fabric softener would be great on the towels and wash clothes, they where very hard! One amenities listed as a arcade/ game room . It was converted garage that had a foosball table in it along with storage of items. Not what I call a game room! There where floats you could use in the pool. Even with the great view, we probable wont rent this home again.

I booked this house a night before our arrival so we could check in early when we arrived after a long redeye flight. When we arrived the pool was low and hot tub empty. I had to contact the owner and they said it would fill by 8am. It did not start filling until 9am and we couldn't use it until 10am. This was disappointing. The house is not luxury/magnificent as in the title. The bathroom I used was poorly constructed and had what looked like mold. The bedding in one room had a large stain. They also supplied the bare minimum even though I paid for 5 nights. The house is large but not well taken care of. It did have a beautiful view.
