The slopes were easily accessible, the hot tub and fireplace were great, the hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would plan on booking again next time.

We had a nice 5 days in Vail and this property was well-located and cozy. To be fair, it's a solid minimum 10-minute walk to Vail Gondola. Given that thjere is nowhere in the house to store your skiis and boots, and given the solid walk, I would suggest storing your skiis at one of the storage options near Vail Gondola. The house is comfortable and clean, but severely outdated and very tight on space. The rooms are very small and the common living room space is difficult to enjoy if you are more than 6 people. It is architectural interesting, but it clearly needs a facelift. The property manager was very communicative and responsive which is always a bonus and helpful.

This home is wonderful. Cozy, well stocked and the best fireplace you could ask for. The location was perfect on the creek and a short walk to stores, resturants and Gondola 1. We will book again.

Everything was great except I was expecting a house not a duplex or shared walls with another house.
