This two story, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has two bedrooms with Queen beds and one bedroom with a Queen bed and an extra long twin bed. There is a pull out sofa on the main floor and a roll away bed that can be placed in any room.
The main floor living/dining area is spacious, with rich dark wood floors. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a 5 burner gas stove. There is a Keurig and a drip coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, tea pot, blender, mixer, cookware, a propane gas grill outside, and place settings for 10+. The second floor laundry room is also available for use.
The enclosed porch is lined with windows that overlook the boat launch (across the street), and there is a pizza restaurant/full bar next door.
The park/boat launch across the street has a great picnic area with outdoor grills, modern bathrooms, a playground for the kids, and a sandy beach for swimming. We also provide a seasonal pass to enter the park if you want to launch your boat. Please note that the house is located across the street from the lake, and there is not a place to dock your boat overnight at the boat launch.
There is private parking behind the house with enough space to park 3 cars with additional space available if needed for boat/trailer and additional cars.
