Excellent location on the beach. House is well stocked. Property manager was very prompt in replying when we contacted her.

Positives first!! The location was great! Beach and kayaks were first rate!! House was a short drive to the hotel area where many of the bars, grocery store, and restaurants are located!!! On the negative side I would just say the place needs some attention. The owners are aware of this but the weekly price in my opinion does not reflect this fact. The A/C was off when we arrived late one day with all of our groceries. It was probably 110 degrees Fahrenheit in there. One of the rooms the unit did not start cooling for a couple of hours. I called to let them know and that's when I found that the manager was in a different time zone and it was the middle of the night where they were. Seems to me they need to hire a professional management company to manage property at this price point. Everything finally cooled off and it went pretty good for the next few days. About mid-week a bedroom a/c's quit. They sent repair men out and they said they would be back the following morning with Freon and get it working. Late that following evening they came back (after I txted again) and got it working but only for a couple of hrs. Unit never did come back on while we were there. No one replied to my last txts and I was exhausted of complaining. We had storms roll in those last few days so it was tolerable anyway. Couple of other things, hot tub never worked, bidet leaked onto floor if I tried to use it, luke warm/cold water in master, lamp on porch is an electrocution hazard shocked us
