We’re excited to host you in our apartment, where we’ve implemented enhanced sanitation procedures in line with the guidelines from the Italian Health Authorities and the World Health Organization (WHO). Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.

If you’re looking for a cozy and quiet place to relax and recharge while being immersed in the charm of Rome, this apartment is the perfect fit. Clean, central, and full of character, it’s ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
Located in the very heart of Rome’s Historic Center, the apartment is framed by iconic landmarks: Piazza Navona, Campo de’ Fiori, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Pantheon — all just a short walk away.
Public transportation is also convenient: the bus stop is only 100 meters from the building, and there’s a 24-hour taxi stand nearby.

The apartment is on the first floor of a charming 18th-century building. It has been recently renovated, revealing original wooden ceilings and terracotta brick walls from the 1700s — a blend of history and modern comfort.
You’ll find:
- A bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200 cm / 63 x 79 inches) with a hypoallergenic mattress, a sofa bed, a wardrobe, and a dining table. The room is air-conditioned.
- A cozy living room featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, antique furnishings (including an elegant 1800s chest of drawers), and a 40" LCD TV with English channels. Air conditioning is also available here.
- A modern bathroom with a shower, towels, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all the utensils you may need.
You’ll also enjoy FREE high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and independent heating.
Bed linens and towels are included.

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by Angelo or Rosaria, who will personally welcome you and help you get settled in. They’ll share local tips, recommend hidden gems, and assist you in planning your stay — giving you the feeling of having your own private local guide.

The city of Rome charges a tourist tax of €6 per person per night. The tourist tax applies only to the first 10 nights of stay in case of bookings longer than 10 nights. The tourist tax will be collected at check in.

This apt was just as the host described! Host has integrated original architecture in with the amenities you need. It had everything we needed. Comfortable bedding, well air conditioned, mini fridge. There was a small washer but I couldn’t figure out which detergent it needed.There are two small flights of stairs to reach it. (We found in Italy that 1st floor is not the same as ground floor.) They were not a big deal. There was a small bar that operated in the evening which did provide some noise, but not enough to deter me from staying here again!We walked everywhere from here. (wear good walking shoes! the uneven roads are no joke.) I believe Vatican City was about 30-40 minutes as was the Coliseum, Pantheon around 15 and maybe 30 to Trevi fountain. (i’m estimating of course.) There is a good breakfast spot maybe 30 yards down the street.Host was very responsive to questions, and we had a few! He set up our transportation from airport to apartment and it was excellent. btw i do not suggest planning to take a taxi FROM the airport into rome- the line was ridiculously long and i felt bad for those people waiting. well worth it arrange private transportation ahead of time.Also would suggest getting the freenow app- to use for taxis if needed. it is operated by lyft.

The apartment was just as expected. In the heart of Rome, it is within 20 to 30 min walking distance to all major sites. Lots of places to eat near by. Highly recommended if you want to feel like you are part of Rome, but that did include a lot of street noise until late hours. A sound machine or ear plugs is a must have if you get bothered by outside noise.

Very nice little apartment in a nice area, walking distance to Campo de Fiori to the south, Vatican to the east, and Castel San'Angelo to the north. Lots of great places to eat nearby (especially 6-minute walk south to Campo de Fiori) and the Host Angelo was excellent at communicating quickly through WhatsApp for anything needed. Not much negative to say about this place, except maybe that the street outside the apartment can get a little noisy at night with people drinking and talking, so if you're someone that likes to try to sleep early and need quiet, this might bother you. The shower was a little small and tight, as well, but the water pressure was still good, so it wasn't a bad shower, just tight if you're a bigger person trying to use it. The apartment has a simple little rustic kitchen area, but Angelo keeps it stocked with enough dishes and silverware to make it useful. Overall, my wife and I had a great 4-night stay here!

Perfect location! Such a charming Rome apartment. An incredible cafe is just down the street along with restaurants, markets, and shops. 15 minute walk to the Vatican and Piazza Navona.
