Welcome to our small apartment in the conservation area Loschwitz!
You stay with us very quiet in a dead end and most woken by birdsong.
Nevertheless, after 5 minutes walk you reach the tram line 11 (direct connection to the city, Neustadt and both stations) or in 10 minutes to Körnerplatz the famous "Blue Wonder".
A small bedroom, a living / dining room with another sleeping possibility (on the sofa) and mini kitchen and a shower room, all well equipped, are waiting for you. A cot can be provided if required.

This guest house is very comfortable, nice and cozy. Everything needed is inside. Perfect for small families with kids (there are also toys and books in). The area around is very quiet and peaceful - ideal for walks. Three famous palaces are near the corner in 10 minutes walk distance.
