Architect's house, design, air-conditioned, standing, on one level, located in a garden of flowers (especially old roses) of 2200 m2, not overlooked (fenced property and closed by a gate), in the heart of the beautiful Scorff valley, near the tourist city of Quimperlé, 500 m from the village which has all the essential shops. Arzano is less than an hour's drive from Vannes, Quimper, Concarneau, Pont Aven, the beaches are 20km away. 1 hour from the Gulf of Morbihan
You will be sheltered from the neighborhood because the land is fenced, has parking, the house is secured by an alarm and closed by a gate.
We also provide you with two bicycles.
The house is ideal for 2 to 4 people, it is adapted to reduced mobility, heating and air conditioning are done by the heated or refrigerated concrete floor. You will benefit from all the modern comforts of a single-storey house. A Dyson air purifier is available in the room.
A gas fireplace is in the center of the living room, the house extends outside with a very romantic terrace, you can also enjoy the pergola located near bedroom 1.
A DYSON air purifier is at your disposal.
Roses perfume the garden just in front of the bay windows; walks are particularly pleasant around the house
NEW: the house has recently been equipped with an outdoor SPA for 2 to 4 people!
It is located in the rose garden! We also have a barbecue "Weber" on the terrace.

The spacious house is furnished with furniture from different desingers. Many paintings decorate the walls. Art lovers will be delighted.
Each bedroom has a bathroom equipped with shower with integrated toilet, (bathroom 2 recently renovated) they are separated by the large living room, therefore are very independent.
The kitchen is open to the dining area and is equipped with an induction hob.

The host welcomed us to the property, and provided us with a variety of complimentary items, including a wonderful homemade jam. The property has 2 lovely bedrooms both with there own bathrooms. The kitchen was very modern and appliances were state of the art. The lounge/dinning area was a delight with a variety of different furniture and art.
The private drive with gates meant you felt extremely safe.
The location of the property was epic, close enough to places to visit, but remote enough to escape and unwind.
The best bit of this property was the outside space, the garden was stunning and so well maintained. The highlight was the hot tub that was not over looked and you could spend hours watching the world go by.
We loved our time here, and have already recommended it to our friends and family.

The house is extremely well equipped and Bernadette kindly provided us with a cold meal on arrival which was gratefully received. We stayed during the heatwave which meant we didn't make much use of the hot tub or terrace as both were too hot!
The house has lots of beautiful pieces of art and furniture and is very spacious. Unfortunately the extensive seating isn't very comfortable if you just want to relax. There was quite a lot of noise from the quarry behind the property during the day.
Arzano itself is very quiet but the surrounding areas are pretty and there are some excellent beaches not too far away. Quimperle has some interesting buildings, walks along the river and is lively on Market day but still has plenty of places to park and eat.
