Second time we stayed, we love this place. It's a beautiful home, ski in/ski out. And they even have a free shuttle front door service called Copper Coach - I'm not sure why they don't publicize that! It was great. We'll be back.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
House was suitable, but not the best we've stayed in. Several maintenance issues that should have been taken care of, most importantly, the broken deck railing for the rooftop hot tub. This is an obvious safety concern that shouldn't wait until spring to fix - there are still guests at risk. Another complaint would be missing items in the kitchen that should be a standard - like dish cloths and dish soap. A few more minor issues, but still a constant annoyance, was really small trash cans in the bathrooms and poorly working sink drains. Also, we had no notice that a company employee would be entering the house mid-week to check the hot tub. He simply rang the doorbell and entered the house and all of a sudden was standing in the living room. Nice guy, but a notice that was going to happen would have been appreciated.
