The kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and an open layout, creating a spacious and user-friendly environment. It's equipped with all-new stainless steel appliances, and the cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the essential cooking utensils needed to craft your culinary creations during your beach getaway. The dining room table comfortably seats six.
LIVING AREAS
The living room offers plenty of seating with brand-new, luxurious three-piece leather couches. It also features a 42" flat-screen TV, perfect for watching cable or enjoying a DVD. For those occasional cool winter days or to simply enhance the ambiance, there's a fully remodeled, functional gas fireplace to enjoy.
The master bathroom showcases a completely renovated walk-in shower (February 2025), while the guest bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo.
SLEEPING
D20 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable top-quality king-size bed with lovely nautical bedding. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has 1 Twin bed and 1 Full bed with lovely tropical bedding and garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, there is a leather queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D20 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. If this condo was any closer to the ocean it would be in it! Very well stocked and maintained. The grounds are gorgeous! We liked everything and highly recommend.

I really love North Coast Village. This was our second time staying there and it’s an incredible place for the whole family. Being right on the beach was fantastic. Can’t wait to go back next summer!

Beautiful view!! Love the location! Beds were nice and comfortable! Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, and beach chairs. The condo is older and could use some upgrades. The pool and the complex are well kept and very nice. We will come back and stay here again.

While the view from this oceanfront condo is lovely, there were multiple things that could have made for a better stay. To start, the listing stated there would be a children’s high chair and children’s plates / utensils- neither of which were present in the unit. The response we got when we inquired was to rent our own while they “looked into it”. This was frustrating as we booked this space specifically as it had advertised these items as being included. The property management company never followed up with us about this oversight of theirs, which was unprofessional. Next, as advertised - the unit does not have AC. It gets warm in the bedrooms at night. There were three portable room fans in various closets, however only one of those fans actually worked- the other two failed to turn on when plugged in. The sliding doors for the bedroom closets and the sliding screen to the balcony were in need of repair as they would barely open without getting stuck. The way the unit was stocked seemed like an afterthought- multiple mismatched mugs, no Tupperware, and no plastic glasses to use at the pool or hot tub. For what they charge for the unit, all of these things should be on lock. This was our fifth time at NCV and first time staying with “On the Sand”. We have had better stays with independent owners and/or other property management companies at NCV. The view and beach gear are the best things going for this listing.
