The house was wonderful, as was the host. She was extremely quick to respond to questions and was very clear about things. My only issue - and I blame myself for not asking ahead of time - was that there is a very steep staircase to reach the beach. It is not appropriate for someone who can’t handle a lot of stairs (75 steps I believe, narrow, rope for railings) or who has a problem with heights. I believe this should be explained clearly in the description of the property. Unfortunately the beach wasn’t accessible for a member of our party because of the stairs.

We had a wonderful time being close to the ocean and bike trails while staying here. Our vacation was all about ease and rest. The cottage supported this need with a detailed guidebook, tips from the owners and no unwanted issues. I would book again!

If six stars were a rating option, I’d select that rather than five.

Great property. Not quite as close to the shore as we thought, but a wonderful spot.
