The house offers a spacious covered terrace equipped with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for family dinners at the long table.
Located just 5 minutes from "Playa de Muro", Muro beach is famous for its beauty, with turquoise waters, fine sands and a charming view of the harbour, all free. The 5.5 kilometres of beach provide easy access to crystal-clear sea. A short drive away, you will find numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets, live music, water activities, the impressive s'Albufera park and much more.
This spacious 480 m² house offers a modern and comfortable interior. The two levels, tastefully decorated, are furnished with high-quality materials, offering air conditioning throughout the house and free Wifi. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 toilet.
The common living area on the ground floor includes a cosy zen-style lounge, a minimalist dining room and a hyper-modern kitchen. The dining table offers views of the vibrant outdoor area, creating a pleasant contrast with the orderly and comfortable interior.
The well-lit kitchen features an elegant design, a kitchen island and the latest technology. It is fully equipped for functional use. Modern amenities ensure a restful holiday, with large built-in wardrobes and a safe for valuables. Radiators throughout the house keep it comfortable during the cooler season. The basement includes a "laundry room" with washing machine and dryer.

For your children's birthdays or any special event, we will provide inflatable castles as a special gift for you and your family. Just let us know!
Central heating can be requested at €2/litre, to be paid after your stay.
To ensure the safety of the property and our guests, the villa is equipped with CCTV cameras on the exterior. These cameras are directed exclusively at general access areas and, under no circumstances, point towards private areas such as the swimming pool, terraces or interior. The property has an alarm system that can be used during your stay.

Beautiful villa situated in peaceful surroundings but within easy reach of the main towns. The villa grounds are extensive with a volleyball court, playground, large pool (not heated) and plenty of room to relax in private. The villa is contemporary with good proportioned rooms and a well stocked kitchen.

We loved the villa. It has everything you need, clean and in a completely fenced ground offering complete privacy and peace. The host lives nearby, and was very welcoming. The beach is near, and so are restaurants (with a car mind) but really, we barely wanted to leave the villa!!

We had a wonderful stay. Cati was such a lovely host, and brought us some local food to try! We loved everything about the villa and hope we can come back again!!

Had such a wonderful week here. The host Cati could not have been more helpful and welcoming- anything we needed, she was always so accommodating. The house and pool are just beautiful. We will definitely be back.
