Terrific place to stay and great communications with the property owner!!

The property was clean, accessible, and the right size for our group. We appreciated a pet-friendly property that was also very well cared for...no evidence of previous pet stays. Our small dog had a great time! The owners have put a lot of thought and care into the furnishings. The only issue we had with our stay had nothing to do with the property itself. It was the Fourth of July and very loud fireworks continued until quite late in the neighborhood...but this was to be expected!

House was perfect and quiet neighbor. Also house very clean .

It would have been helpful to know more of the layout from the listing. We had a handicap individual with us and I guess assumed that atleast one bedroom was on the ground floor. All the bedrooms were located upstairs, made things difficult for our handicap family member. Also the furniture was extremely low to the ground and cheap ikea type furniture, it wasn't very comfortable. There were no instructions for getting into the rental and there was no departure check lists, so didn't know if we were handling everything that needed to be done before leaving. It wasn't too kid friendly. What we got for the price made it worth it, It was a pretty good rate and gave us what we needed for the stay.
