Perfect location on the beach. The huge patio with loungers is awesome for relaxing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need. AC works very well. We are definitely coming back!! Love this place

The patio and view are incredible at this location. We loved the pool, gardens and scenery. It was wonderful to be able to walk down to the beach to swim and snorkel. It felt like a luxury to sit out on the patio in the warm evening breeze, listen to the small waves on the shore, hear the birds singing all day and take in the gorgeous water colored and beautiful mountains.The unit is fine, nothing fancy, mostly it had all we needed as far as cooking goes but the decor is nothing special and the fold out sofa is nothing to rave about but our daughters managed just fine. The bedroom is very dark and has low ceilings so don’t expect much from hanging out in the bedroom, it served its purpose for our sleeping needs for sure! The bathroom is also dated and no windows or light in the shower, but again it served us well. We only stayed 2 nights, and if we wanted to stay longer it would be nice if some things were updated or lighting improved.Other than the interior outdated, everything was fabulous. We walked on the beach to dinner one night which was fun. Definitely recommend this place for convenience and the beauty of the area. It was very comfortable and easy to access. We loved seeing the iguanas!

We had a wonderful 9 night stay here. Communication with the host was easy, check in easy, and the place is very special. You will enjoy evenings sitting on the patio watching the boats go by and the rays jump. Some of the best snorkeling is right off the beach - a wide variety of fish and large schools of fish just past the rocks. It was amazing. Everything in the unit worked well, and it was nicely appointed. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a great time.

Great value. Pictures are accurate; while the older fixtures and decor are not “on trend” they are functional and clean and at this price, who cares. AC in both living room and bedroom worked very well, and shower had strong water pressure and range of temps. Good supply of linens (including beach towels), and portable beach chairs and umbrella if you want to drive elsewhere. Washer-dryer was convenient to pack light. Thick walls meant minimal noise from neighbors.Patio is a stunner - both for sunrise (all too easy to experience for these east coasters…) and sunset, and watching all the different avian / reptilian / bovine visitors. Pool was well maintained and comfortable temp for floating during our July stay (not sure if it’s heated or not, but unnecessary in summer). Snorkeling right in front of the property is a treat, and a few minutes’ walk either direction gets you to water that’s clear from the rocks.Only note of caution was that the property’s WiFi barely reached indoors (1 bar comes and goes if you’re on the couch, doesn’t reach kitchen table or bedroom at all), though great at the front of the deck, due to the placement of the router at the corner of the patio. Cell service was also a bit limited the further inside you went. No problem for a short vacation, but if you’re planning on being on the laptop inside at all, you might be frustrated.Great communication with Erika throughout. Overall, very satisfied with our stay!
