The apartment is on a quiet plaza with a great location in old Seville. You can walk everywhere! The apartment is comfortable and pretty. However I can’t rate it the highest rating because a pipe under the sink was leaking badly and the floors weren’t very clean. I sweeped them myself. We let the management know and immediately the pipe was fixed. After that, we had a great time!

Great location for a stay in the Santa Cruz area. All amenities and attractions within easy walking distance.Only distraction for us was noise from renovation works in adjacent building during the day (May 2026), but we were out most of the day, so not a big problem.

Think boutique hotel meets old world charm. This property was absolutely excellent. It is very clean, beautifully decorated and very well maintained. The location in old Seville was perfect- very close to the Real Alcazar, Cathedral and fantastic restaurants. The hosts were very responsive to my inquiries.

Apartment was clean and was in the historic district of Seville. But the person who checked us in had no knowledge of how the washing machine work or anything else in the apartment. Air conditioning was very loud and cut on and off. Nice little refrigerator good collection of dishes and pots and pans. First day we had to get someone out to fix the washing machine the main reason that we chose this apartment.It took several calls to VRBO and the management and finally someone came out and fixed it but it was very frustrating.
