This place could be awesome! Great bones just needs some tender loving care! Lots of space, pool table, ping pong, air hockey. We had a great time! Looks like maybe hadn’t had anyone there in a while as there were dead bugs and needed to be swept up! We did enjoy our stay!

We did not have any wash cloths , the upstairs patio door doesnt lock, their is a lock on front door doesn't allow handle to move , the garage door doesn't close all the way. Grass needed to be mowed. Even with the minor inconveniences the over all stat was great we enjoyed the stay just minor tweaking needed , we bought wash cloths and left a few to help out

This home has potential if the owner would put some money into it. I think the back stairs going down from the deck need new supports because it’s scary walking down those. The basement was pretty musty so no one really went down there even though the ping pong and air hockey tables were down there. Definitely needs pest control on the exterior of the home. The awning in the back deck was not as described in the photo. It’s completely in shreds. Pillows gave me a stiff neck being that they are paper thin. Inside is pretty outdated. Now for the positives. Views of the farm and horses from the inside windows was very nice. House is very spacious with plenty of beds. Cable tv was a plus. We saw some deer one morning in the backyard which was cool. We really only chose this home because it was large enough for my family of 6 and it was the closest home to my families home.
