Located in a small street parallel to the Allées d'Etigny, you are 100 meters from the thermal baths (baths//spa), 300 meters from the departure of the gondola and 300 meters from the Casino. All amenities and activities are within walking distance! (restaurants, food, boutiques, shops, bars, covered market, cinema ...).

The accommodations are composed of a very bright living room (with electric fireplace), the kitchen is open with completely new equipment (standing table for 4 people, oven, extractor hood, induction hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine), a master bedroom with a double bed 160 with en-suite shower room. Separate toilet. 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs in the living room. TV. WIFI available.
You have a small, exclusive and closed ski room to store equipment (winter or summer).

Your car can be parked in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Free parking spaces are available on the street or in the Casino de Luchon parking lot (100 metres).

In summer and winter you will have access to the Luchon thermal baths (spa, thermal baths, treatments, etc.).
In summer, the Luchon site will allow you to access many sports and activities:
hiking in the high and low mountains, mountain biking, fishing, climbing, horse riding, tennis, 9-hole golf course, plane, glider, paragliding, water sports: canyoning, hydrospeed, canoeing/kayaking... . Swimming pool, ice rink.
In winter, you can access the resort of Superbagnères either by road or by the new express aerial cableway in 8 minutes which is 300 m from our accommodation, or the resorts of Peyragudes (13 kms) and Bourg d'Oueil (15 kms) by road only. You are 10 minutes by car from the magnificent Lys valley. You can also practice all other winter sports activities (snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or hiking, hiking...).

NOTES:
The apartment must be left clean. Bathroom and toilet cleaned, kitchen cleaned, garbage cans evacuated. Ovens, fridge emptied and cleaned. Dishwasher tidy. Bed sheets removed and deposited in the bathroom.
During your stay, when leaving for the day, please remember to turn down the air conditioners and turn off the electric fireplace.
