Great house in ideal location on the water very near town. Perfectly located to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony.

The yard shown in listing picture is not accurate. There is a new house next door and only a tiny strip of grass for dogs to potty on. The AC unit dripped into the potty area creating a muddy mess. Lots of stairs loading and unloading. AC issues throughout house and wouldn’t cool properly. Host wanted me to accommodate for their repair man to come which while I appreciate wanting to make the house more comfortable, that is not what I paid to have a vacation for. Especially with guests and dogs in the house. Host was understanding when I asked for them to delay the repair work until we were gone, which I appreciated.

Great property. Very well equipped home. Everything was clean. Grill was clean and worked great. Plenty of life vests and a water lily pad for relaxing in the lake. Home sits right on the lake.
