Villa Ana is a modern villa nestled in the very heart of Coral Bay. This tastefully furnished three-bedroom property is the perfect getaway for families, couples, and groups of friends looking for a memorable holiday in a residential setting and within a very short walk of the very center of Coral Bay. The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 spacious bedrooms. You'll find 2 queen-size beds and 2 individual beds throughout the property. With 3 bathrooms in total—including 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, and 3 additional toilets—there's plenty of space for everyone. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with both bathtub and shower, whilst the first-floor twin bedroom has its own en-suite shower room. A shower room is conveniently located just outside the ground floor double bedroom. The independent, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It's fitted with a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and all necessary kitchenware and crockery. There's also a washing machine for your convenience. The villa features a lovely dining area with seating for the whole group, plus an outdoor dining and barbeque area perfect for al fresco meals. Relax in the private living room with comfortable seating areas, sofas, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. The villa also includes a safe, iron, ironing board, and extra pillows and blankets to ensure your comfort. The real highlight is the gorgeous outdoor space. Enjoy your own private 4m x 8m swimming pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture. The 30-square-metre sun terrace offers stunning views and is the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. There's also a furnished balcony, patio, and veranda to explore. A BBQ area is perfect for family gatherings, and the roof terrace provides breath-taking sea views. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the villa. Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and you'll have access to UK and satellite TV channels for entertainment. The property also features soundproofed rooms, room-darkening shades, and a well-lit pathway to the entrance at night. There's 2 outdoor parking spaces available at the property but best of all, you won't need a car! On the whole this is a lovely villa in a perfect position but it needs some TLC.

The location was brilliant just a short walk away from bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. Great views from the balcony as well to the sea.
Could do with a bit of maintenance such as painting and repair work on the property. Some loose tiles which are quite dangerous.

Our holiday to Cyprus staying in Villa Ana was perfect for our family of 4. From our pick up from the airport by Krypos who stopped by at the local store to allow us to pick up a few bits for breakfast despite it being 1230 in the morning. Villa Ana was really spacious and was more than adequate for our family. It had everything we needed for our stay, although a vegetable peeler would have been useful. It benefited from air conditioning which was a godsend at night given the high temperatures The pool was a great benefit despite it not being very deep, just meant you couldn't dive in. The location, although being next to a large hotel and on a slight hill, was perfect for the supermarket / bars restaurants and the main beach - all within 10 / 20 min walk. The supermarket Phillipos even drop you back to the villa if you spend over £50 which was a great service. Paul, who looks after the villa was really helpful and welcoming and was always on hand if you needed him. I would recommend Villa Ana to other families looking for accommodation in the Coral Bay area.

The house is modern but the stuc werk inside and outsider let loose everywere.
The airco’s doesn’t work and i Send a sms to Chris but i didn’t het Andy reactionair.
There’s no cleaning the whole week
