Fran was a great host! We arrived to town a bit later than expected and so we contacted him a bit late but Fran was on it and answered my questions, property was CLEAN, rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms had clean towels, rugs, bedding, etc. We were in town for a weeding in Chimney Oaks so the location was great (area was really quiet and peaceful so I lost no sleep); we really enjoyed the pool table and the TVs with streaming services. Lovely cottage and great host, would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here.

The hosts was very welcoming. They even provided a Christmas tree like we asked for. Our family had a wonderful time. Its such a nice place. Everything you need to have a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The hosts was more than welcoming. And went out of their way to accommodate us. The cottage was very clean and had everything you needed. We had a crowd for Thanksgiving and the host kept on bringing stuff over that we could use. There was plenty of supplies, dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The refrigerator had food in it for us to use as well. Couldn't have had a better time. We are looking forward to staying again. Thank you so much for the great memories. The Wright Family.

The owners were very nice! The house was a renovated garage that is connected to the owners house by a breezeway. They kept to themselves mostly but were literally 15 foot in front of the accommodations. A little weird to me and my guests.
