We had initially travelled from Australia to arrive at Ax Les Thermes to continue our cycling holiday in France . We had contacted Bernard and he did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable & welcoming & it definitely was that. The cycling around Ax is excellent with some very well known climbs and beautiful valleys to explore. It's proximity to Andorra also makes for some cheap duty free or a day trip if it rains. The apartment was perfect for our needs with two bedrooms and several sleeping options, including the futon in the lounge & all the kitchen appliances one would need for a welcoming self catering stay. Being only a couple of hundred metres from town makes eating out an easy option also.
We will be back.

The flat was as described and is only a short walk from everything. The skiing was great and excellent value - as was the Spa. The flat was comfortable and warm and I hope to go back next year.

Great place to stay for a week's skiing I only gave it 4 stars as there was a problem with the Wifi whilst we were there though this was not the owners fault. Bernard himself is really friendly and helpful which is great if you haven't been to the area before.
