⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The studio is small and consists of a main room with two sofa beds, one double and one single. With three guests, once both sofa beds are opened, there is little room left to move around and store luggage. It suits two well, and three for a short stay.
* The studio is located in a covered passage that is closed in the evening and accessed with a code. The keys are collected from a key box two streets away from the apartment, where they must also be returned at departure. Arrival therefore takes a little time, which is inconvenient with luggage or when arriving late.
* There is no dining table and no chairs, only a coffee table. If you plan to have your meals in the apartment, please take this into account.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.

On the plus side, you will be in the 2nd arrondissement, near Sentier and Réaumur-Sébastopol metro stations, in an air-conditioned studio that is quiet at night thanks to the closed passage, with a washing machine and a Nespresso machine.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Please note that after 11pm, we will not be able to respond to your requests or assist you if necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any misunderstanding on the part of the guide.
